His parents Luigi Bernas and Luli Arroyo-Bernas rushed the baby to the hospital. Jugo succumbed to a congenital heart disease.

Former Pres Gloria Arroyo’s Toddler Grandson dies
Manila, Philippines – The 13 month-old grandson of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo died at a specialty hospital in Quezon City yesterday. The hospital is is just three kilometres away from the Veterans Memorial Medical Center where she is being currently held under hospital detention.
