Meanwhile, Governor Edgardo Tallado has apologized and asked the people for forgiveness last Monday for the pictures that shows him kissing his mistress who is nude.
“If I committed a mistake, it’s because I’m just human. I have my own weaknesses, so I hope you will realize it.”
