Arrogant UP student Disrespect Davao Mayor Duterte

The freshman from University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) who appeared arrogant in delivering his question to Presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.

Duterte was invited by UP Los Baños Students to discus to them in an open forum about his platforms and vision when he becomes the next President of the Philippines.

The student is Stephen Villena he asked Mayor Duterte about education and appeared disrespecting in his tone and he also rushed and told the Mayor to answer directly to his questioin which is very rude.
