BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei— U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has called off his scheduled visit to the Philippines due to a looming typhoon that may affect the country, the Philippine government said Thursday.
Palace deputy presidential spokeswoman Abigail Valte said that Mr. Kerry's visit "will be rescheduled."
