Infrawatch PH which is headed by Terry L. Ridon filed a formal complaint against Binance at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and petitioned to suspend the virtual asset services provider (VASP).
The group addressed a letter to BSP Governor Benjamin E. Diokno they want not only to banned Binance which a lot of Filipinos are using they also want the BSP to reject future applications of the company to register with the BSP.
The group said that there are 3.4 million Filipino Binance users, oh well those 3.4 million Filipino would never vote for you.
Terry Ridon is a former congressman in the Philippine House of Representatives.

Ridon was also the former Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) chair who was sacked by President Rodrigo Duterte for his travels outside the Philippines.
“He was appointed September, [yet he has] traveled about 7 times,” Duterte said in a speech during the Conferment Ceremony of the 2016 Presidential Award for Child-Friendly Municipalities and Cities in Malacañang.
“To think the office is an urban poor agency. I simply cannot understand why you had to be there at every pow wow in the international scene.”

Binance replied on Thursday saying that they are “open to discussions” after Infrawatch called for the platform to be banned in the Philippines.
According to ABSCBN news, Binance said has not received a copy of the complaint.
"Binance has not received any formal copy of the letter request filed by Infrawatch PH; however, we are open to any discussion," the company said.
"Binance is continuously engaging with stakeholders globally, including in the Philippines, to further contribute to the web3 and blockchain ecosystem. We are working and would like to work with various organizations, companies, and community movers to know how to make the best approach, introduce, and create opportunities around web3 technology in the Philippines," the company said in a statement.
