SEC Warns the People Against Emgoldex Philippines Investment Scam
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issues a warning to the citizen regarding an Online investment scheme that can be use to scam people.
According to SEC the Emgoldex Philipines uses social media to promote and convince potential investors to put their hard-earned money and they promise double or triple of investment returns.
On their Facebook page they show potential earning from your investment, P1,042 can earn profits ranging from P5,000 to P10,000 or a placement of P35,000 can give you P180,000 to P360,000.
Upon verification, the SEC confirmed that Emgoldex Philippines is not a registered corporation or partnership.
SEC wants to bring awareness to the public about high-risk investment scheme like this one. If it's too good to be true it probably is.
