Duterte committed murder UN Human Rights Chief Said

President Rodrigo Duterte, extrajudicial killings, UN human rights

MANILA, Philippines - The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein said on Tuesday at the United Nations that the Philippine authorities should  investigate President Rodrigo Duterte for murder after he claimed to have killed people in the past and also to examine the "appalling epidemic of extra-judicial killings" committed during his anti-drug crackdown.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein said that the Philippine judicial authorities "must demonstrate their commitment to upholding the rule of law and their independence from the executive by launching a murder investigation,", adding it's "unthinkable for any functioning judicial system not to launch investigative and judicial proceedings when someone has openly admitted being a killer."
Zeid's call, made in a statement issued in Geneva, was sparked by Duterte's remarks in recent speeches that as a town mayor in southern Davao city in 1988, he killed three suspected kidnappers in a firefight where he was backed up by three police officers. He later clarified he was unsure whether the bullets from his M16 rifle killed the suspects.

Duterte also admitted on December 14 that he led by example to the police and joined them in operations and personally patrolling the streets to personally kill criminals when he was a Davao mayor.

“In Davao I used to do it personally. Just to show to the guys that, if I can do it, why can’t you? And I go around in Davao with a motorcycle, with a big bike around and I would just patrol the streets and looking for trouble also," Duterte said.

"Talagang naghanap ako ng engkwentro para makapatay," he added during the Wallace Business Forum in MalacaƱang.

In a news conference after midnight on Saturday, Duterte said that he killed three kidnappers during a police operation.

In his state visit in Cambodia, Duterte also said he might have shot a criminal

Duterte's acts "directly contravene the rights" enshrined in the Philippine Constitution and the killings recalled by the president "also violate international law," Zeid said. The UN official also said Duterte's encouragement of others may constitute incitement to violence and expressed concern about Duterte's assurances that police officers who commit human rights violations would be immune from prosecution.
"The perpetrators must be brought to justice, sending a strong message that violence, killings and human rights violations will not be tolerated by the state and that no one is above the law," he said.

SWS Survey: Philippines Jobless Rate at 9-year Low, Duterte Achievement

Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey company released a report on Thursday showing the joblessness rate in the Philippines during the third quarter was at 18.4%, which is the lowest in 9 years and lower than the 21.7% rating rated in June.

The survey was done on September 24-27, 2016 with among 1,200 adult respondents nationwide. The survey has a ±3-point sampling error margin.

The 18.4% joblessness rate translated to 8.2 million Filipinos who have a job at present, plus those without a job at present and looking for a job. Here's a summary of the survey results from SWS:

 -   8.0% or an estimated 3.6 million adults who voluntarily left their jobs compared to June’s 10.3% or estimated 4.7 million adults;
 -   7.4% or an estimated 3.3 million adults who lost their jobs due to economic circumstances beyond their control, roughly steady from the 6.7% or an estimated 3.1 million adults in the second quarter; and
 -   3.1% or an estimated 1.4 million adults who were first-time job seekers, compared to the 4.7% or an estimated 2.2 million adults in the June survey.

People are also optimistic about job availability. 44% of the participats said that the number of available jobs in the next 12 months will increase. It is higher than the 39% reported in April. Only 28% said there will be no change in job availability, while 13% only said it will decrease.

President Rodrigo Duterte is aiming to reduce the unemployment rate in the Philippines to as low as 4% by 2022. As of July 2016, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said the unemployment rate is at 5.4% while underemployment is at 17.3%.

Fil-Am Billionaire Asks Duterte To Resign and Give Power to Leni

Loida Nicolas-Lewis, Duterte, Loida Nicolas-Lewis plot to oust Duterte, power grab
**** Liberal Party wants another power grab! Hindi na nahiya, hindi na nagsawa sa kapangyarihan

NEW YORK — Filipino-American community leader Loida Nicolas-Lewis who was identified by President Rodrigo Duterte as the woman who is behind the plot to remove him from power is now asking him to resign and give the Presidency to Vice President Leni Robredo (Liberal Party).

“So his promise I will resign in 6 months if the drug epidemic is not solved, he should be true to that promise at least, no extension, resign now President Duterte,” she said.

Nicolas-Lewis said she has now joined the call for Duterte’s resignation after Vice President Leni Robredo was allegedly eased out of the president’s cabinet.

Robredo was fired from her job as housing czar after Malacanang was disappointed with her work ethics and poor performance she was ordered to stop attending cabinet meetings. Robredo vowed to protect and not allow the vice presidency to be 'stolen' from her, which many believe have been stolen from former senator Bongbong Marcos due to irregularties in the last election. Marcos filed a protest and is asking for a recount which experts say that will favor Marcos since the Comelec automatic count is dubious.

Nicolas-Lewis said during a recent trip to China, Duterte has even "joked" that if Marcos wins his electoral protest, the Philippines would have a new vice president.

“President Duterte wants Bongbong Marcos to be your president. Matakot kayo, matakot kayo, matapos na magnakaw, magiging silang ruling body again. Resign now, let VP Leni become president and she will do it for you, without killing anybody,” she said.

Plan B to remove Duterte is Real:

Look Sen. Trillanes visited New York who do you think he saw?:

Another Rally on December 10, EDSA 4 (The Rise of the Yellows)?

EDSA 4

EDSA 4

After a failed Anti-Marcos burial rally last November 25 and November 30 the noisy minority is at it again this time on December 10 which is the International Human Rights Day. They want to continue their protest against the burial of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani (LNMB) even if only a few people are listening to them.

The Campaign Against the Return of the Marcoses to Malacanang (CARMMA) called on the youth to "uphold history and justice" in a grand assembly following recent demonstrations at Luneta and at the People Power Monument on EDSA.

CARMMA accused President Rodrigo Duterte of colluding with the Marcoses to cover up the family's crimes. CARMMA helped organize the mass gathering at Luneta last November 25 which flopped since they have only managed to attract 800 people while the November 30 attracted only 3,000.

This time with the recent firing of Vice-president Leni Robredo as Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) because of incompetence and under-performance maybe this time they can convince a few people more like 10. There is strong belief that her dismal performance in the housing department, particularly in completing the new homes for the victims of Yolanda disappointed President Duterte.
Leni Robredo resign, Leni Robredo fired, EDSA 4
Incompetence and underperformance? Why:

- VP Leni eyes housing along railroad tracks - what's that home along the riles?
- Slow pace of rehabilitation of Yolanda Victims
- VP Leni Robredo’s Pet Project In Naga City Collapses Less Than Two Month After It Was Built.
Leni Robredo resign, Leni Robredo fired, EDSA 4
Leni Robredo resign, Leni Robredo fired, EDSA 4

And Leni has the gall that the Vice Presidency is being stolen from her? Why is she scared of the recount?
Leni Robredo resign, Leni Robredo fired, EDSA 4
I really believe that the rally on December 10 will be used by the Dilawans, People who are into drugs and crimes, Youth who are into ecstasy pills etc. will try to topple President Rodrigo Duterte they can try but they will always fail because no one in their right mind will support them only those who have self-interest like the people that I've mentioned.
